WODI is inviting applications from passionate and skilled Chefs to facilitate our WODI

CookCraft Summer Session, a culinary learning program focused on African cuisine.

We are looking for a talented Chef who is knowledgeable in preparing a variety of African

dishes and is enthusiastic about teaching and sharing culinary skills with others. This is

a paid position and we are going to use Canadian farm produce to prepare

AfrocanCarribean meals.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and demonstrate the cooking of various African meals.

• Teach participants practical cooking techniques and recipes.

• Lead interactive cooking sessions during WODI events.

• Support culinary learning during monthly weekend programs and holiday

sessions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in cooking African foods.

• Ability to teach and guide beginners in a friendly and engaging manner.

• Availability during weekend and holiday events.

• Passion for food, culture, and community learning.

• Food Handlers Certificate (Very Important)

Location: WODI CookCraft Program Venue

Engagement: Part-time / Event-based (Monthly weekends and holidays)
